Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you will be moved to the Free plan. Your existing jobs and documents will remain accessible but not editable.
We do not offer refunds. All subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your billing period.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your documents is accurate and truthful. hrvstr does not verify the accuracy of information you provide or content generated based on that information.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by hrvstr, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLYKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
