Major League Baseball has not announced expansion, but the next cities are already pitching.
Jeff Passan says that with the Rays and A's stadium situations settled, the path is clearer for expansion after the lockout ends. On ESPN's Sources Tell Jeff Passan (Sept. 8), representatives from six cities make their case: Salt Lake City, Montreal, Nashville, Orlando, Raleigh, and Portland.
