1 PM: what is confirmed
Williams returns from his hamstring injury. Tyson Bagent is his backup, with Case Keenum as the emergency quarterback. Kyle Monangai is still out for the Bears.
Judkins (foot) is inactive after a pregame workout to test it. The Ravens ruled out Lamar Jackson on Friday, so Tyler Huntley starts again in Cleveland.
Colts tight end Tyler Warren (groin) and receiver Ashton Dulin (hamstring) are out against Tennessee. Tyjae Spears (knee) is active for the Titans, and Nicholas Singleton is inactive as a coach's decision.
Chris Olave (illness) and Alvin Kamara (back) are both active for New Orleans at the Giants. Tyler Shough is playing through two broken bones in his non-throwing hand.
In New England, A.J. Brown is back from injured reserve and expected to play a good amount of snaps. TreVeyon Henderson and Will Campbell are both officially active. For the Jets, tight end Kenyon Sadiq (concussion) is active, while Breece Hall and Adonai Mitchell are out.
Pittsburgh has Rico Dowdle (toe) and Pat Freiermuth (calf) active at Tampa Bay. Baker Mayfield (thumb) is out again, so Jalon Daniels starts for the Bucs.
4 PM: what to watch
Inactives for the late games land around 2:35 PM for Arizona at the Rams and 2:55 PM for the two 4:25 games. Buffalo lists DJ Moore and Joshua Palmer as questionable with shoulder injuries at Las Vegas. The Chargers list KeAndre Lambert-Smith (hamstring) and Brenen Thompson (quadriceps) as questionable at Kansas City, where Rashee Rice is already out for the Chiefs. Arizona ruled out Jeremiyah Love on Friday, and Tyler Allgeier starts.
What RSO owners should do now
Bench Judkins and Warren if you have not already, and start Williams with normal expectations. If you roster Spears, Dowdle or Freiermuth, they are cleared to play.
Hold Moore and Lambert-Smith in flex spots only if you have a safe pivot in the late window. Next, watch how many snaps Brown gets in his first game back, and whether Williams finishes without a setback.
