The Dolphins reached the Cincinnati 1 late in the third quarter but settled for a field goal after an eight-yard sack and an incomplete pass. Chase's touchdown followed on the Bengals' next possession.
Miami kept working back. Willis found Kevin Coleman Jr. for a three-yard touchdown, then hit Greg Dulcich for the two-point conversion to make it 28-18. Evan McPherson answered with a 26-yard field goal before Willis scored on a one-yard run with 45 seconds left. Riley Patterson missed the extra point, and Miami's onside kick went out of bounds.
Burrow finished 23 of 32 for 190 yards without an interception. Willis went 15 of 27 for 137 yards with one passing touchdown and two interceptions. Dolphins guard Jonah Savaiinaea left with an ankle injury and did not return. Both teams have a Week 6 bye.
