Bulls open preseason October 7 before a road-heavy opening week

Three home exhibitions lead into the regular-season opener in Toronto.

The Bulls' first home look at the new season is scheduled for Oct. 7 against Phoenix. United Center ticket listings also show preseason home dates with Memphis on Oct. 9 and Minnesota on Oct. 16.

The five-game exhibition schedule includes two road stops between those home dates. Bulls Nightly's calendar lists Denver on Oct. 11 and Milwaukee on Oct. 14. That makes three home games and two away games, with the following tip times in Chicago time:

  • Oct. 7: Phoenix at Chicago, 7 p.m.
  • Oct. 9: Memphis at Chicago, 7 p.m.
  • Oct. 11: Chicago at Denver, 8 p.m.
  • Oct. 14: Chicago at Milwaukee, 7 p.m.
  • Oct. 16: Minnesota at Chicago, 7 p.m.

The regular season opens in Toronto on Oct. 21 at 6:30 p.m. Central. Chicago then visits Milwaukee Oct. 23, hosts Washington Oct. 24 and goes to Boston Oct. 26, according to the same calendar.

The back-to-back against Milwaukee and Washington is an early rotation test. It follows a preseason built around familiar conference opponents and two Western Conference road and home matchups. Check the official team schedule for subsequent time and broadcast changes.
