1 PM: what is confirmed

Mayfield will wear a protective glove on the thumb against the Panthers. Texans receiver Tank Dell returns from his knee injury against the Giants, where J.J. McCarthy starts for New York. Houston is without running back David Montgomery (groin).

In Tennessee, Ridley and Tyjae Spears (knee) are both out, which leaves fewer touches spread across the Titans' depth chart. Browns running back Dylan Sampson is active.

The Jets list Breece Hall (quad) inactive for a third straight game, so Braelon Allen leads the backfield again against Miami. Vikings running back Jordan Mason is active against Indianapolis, while Colts tight end Tyler Warren (groin) is out again.

Lamar Jackson (ankle) is out for Baltimore against Cincinnati after the Ravens ruled him out Saturday. In Atlanta, 49ers receiver Deebo Samuel (hamstring) is out, and the Falcons are without Brian Robinson Jr. (hamstring).

4 PM: what to watch

Late inactives land about 90 minutes before kickoff. Denver lists Jonah Coleman (ankle) as questionable at Arizona in his first game back from injured reserve, and Arizona quarterback Carson Beck is questionable with a back injury.

The Rams list Puka Nacua (calf) as questionable at Las Vegas, and the Raiders list running back Mike Washington Jr. (foot) as questionable. In Detroit, the Packers are without tight end Luke Musgrave (neck), and Bo Melton (back) is questionable. Josh Jacobs, activated Saturday, is expected to play.

Tonight, Seattle lists Drew Lock (elbow) as questionable against Kansas City, which is still without Rashee Rice (hamstring).

What RSO owners should do now

Bench Ridley, Spears, Hall, Montgomery and Warren if you have not already. Mayfield and Dell are cleared, so start them with normal expectations, and keep an eye on Mayfield's grip early.

If you roster Nacua or Coleman, set a safe pivot from the 4 PM or night games before 1 PM, since you cannot swap into a locked game later. Next, watch Coleman's snap share in his return and how Houston splits carries without Montgomery.
