Y Combinator says Heart Aerospace flew the world's largest electric aircraft
Y Combinator's video recaps Heart Aerospace's first flight of the X1, which the film calls the largest electric airplane ever to fly: about a 100-foot wingspan, a 25,000-pound takeoff weight, and $5 of electricity. CEO Anders Forslund dates the flight to August 12 in Plattsburgh, New York. The production ES-30 is a hybrid-electric regional. The video itself gives two electric-range figures, 125 miles and 225 miles.

Tests show AI data centers can cut power during grid stress
